• 07:00-07:30 a great team of pilots, expert, knowledgeable & great guys are guiding your balloon
• 03:50-04:30 pick up from accommodation in Brisbane CBD or at a meeting point at Sunnybank, Upper Mt Gravatt or Browns Plains
• 08:00-09:15 come down to earth and it's a short drive to O'Reilly's Grand Homestead and Boutique Vineyard. Our breakfast is a real highlight!
• 09:45-10:30 air conditioned coach transfers to your Meeting Point or Accommodation

• Pick up times are confirmed on booking. We recommend all passengers reconfirm 48hrs prior to departure
• Pick up times are early morning and vary summer and winter
• If a mobile number is provided, you will recieve live updates on the whereabouts of your driver. All drivers have hot air logos on their T-shirts and all of the busses are clearly marked
• If you are not at pick up at the designated time, you will be marked as no show and 100% fees will apply. You can reschedule for $50 per person paid direct to hot air and subject to availability
